Not in their backyard! What kind of deal is that? If they want it and the empty promise of 3000 jobs (smoke), let them put up with the damn things in their front yard! We looked into installing one in our backyard (a sand dune), the pay back was FOURTEEN - 14 - years! Thanks for your time.
